6 Months+ contract with possibilities of extension If interested kindly respond with your resume and hourly rate expectations Location 5757 N Green Bay Ave POB 591 Milwaukee Wisconsin 53209 Lead FinancialBusiness Analyst Under the general direction of the Corporate Human Resources Finance Manager, our Lead FinancialBusiness Analyst is responsible for leading Finance objectives on key Corporate Finance Projects. This position is responsible to work effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels of organization. The principle duties of this role will be to lead the financial and business analytical processes associated with payroll and intercompany general ledger transactions for Corporate activity , including leading system implementations and projects. Primary Responsibilities bull Define Finance requirements for key Corporate Finance Projects bull Develop and execute Finance UAT Test Plans for key Corporate Finance Projects bull Lead the analysis of the payroll and intercompany activity as it relates to key Corporate Finance Projects including the impact of transactional changes on downstream processes as the system is designed bull Development of Finance process documentation bull Work across departments and geographical locations to ensure all transactions are properly recorded at month end bull Preparation of presentations for management staff bull Assist in the creation of new processes and improvements as required in constantly changing environment bull Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications bull Bachelorrsquos degree in Accounting or Finance bull Minimum 6 years work experience in private andor public accounting bull CPA or MBA preferred bull Knowledge of financial processes, required bull Highly motivated individual, with ability to adapt to changing environment bull Advanced knowledge and understanding of Intercompany and Payroll accounting concepts bull 2-4 years of experience with large Corporate Finance Projects in a Lead FinancialBusiness Analyst role bull Ability to develop strong, strategic partnerships with Finance, Programs and Operations staff bull Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed to work with geographically diverse customers bull Above average organization skills bull Proven ability to deliver under firm deadlines bull Attention to detail, a drive for accuracy and a strong work ethic bull Ability to accurately process detailed information bull Ability to design Excel spreadsheets so that they are efficient and effective bull Problem solver with ability to find solutions without a step by step guide
