Business Manager

Boespflug Trailers is looking for a detail-oriented Business Manager to manage our operations in Dickinson, ND location. Responsibilities will include providing the highest level of customer service, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and guiding our team members. A successful Business Manager will have a strong sales-minded attitude as well as excellent leadership skills. Boespflug Trailers is looking for an individual that can maintain strong positive relationships with our customers and vendors.

Responsibilities:
* Delegate and direct service department flow, monitor the progress of current projects and manage the service team to ensure objectives and sales goals are met
* Manage customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain customer relationships and ensure repeat customers
* Maintain service desk and evaluate its efficiency
* Audit work and customer service to ensure the company standards, efficiency and productivity are met
