Job Summary
This Full Time Day position oversees maintenance for our 3 buildings on a beautiful campus in Windom, MN!

Job Responsibilities
This position performs preventive maintenance on facility, equipment and vehicles and makes repairs as necessary on physical plant, landscape and parking lots. Completes repairs as needed or requested. Keeps various work and storage rooms, garage/ shed, tools and supplies organized and clean. Keeps garbage removed from building. Paints, patches or repairs all interior surfaces. Paints and maintains all exterior building surfaces and window frames Maintains lawn and exterior plantings. Maintains furniture, lighting, flags, and signs. Keeps sidewalks and parking lots well-marked, free of debris, snow and ice. Performs preventive maintenance on facility vehicles. Documents all completed work and tests performed. Observes and reports residents' conditions to appropriate staff.
Qualifications
Vocational Technical education in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrician or Carpentry is preferred.
Boiler's License preferred or must be obtained within first 6 months of position
