As a 2021 Summer Intern with FIS, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 7, 2021 and conclude on August 13, 2021.

About The Team

As a 2021 Summer Intern with FIS, you will benefit from on-the-job training and mentoring along with participation in team projects, community service events, social outings, and professional development. This is a full time (40 hrs./week) paid internship that will begin June 7, 2021 and conclude on August 13, 2021.

What You Will Be Doing

As a FIS Sales intern, you will receive the opportunity to build professional relationships and enhance your interpersonal skills while you gain an understanding of financial technology (FinTech) sales and the FIS solutions that drive the financial services industry:
  • Work directly with the FIS sales organization completing projects and tasks that directly impact sales pursuits and results
  • Obtain knowledge and gain exposure to various professional B2B selling roles - business development, sales executive, account executive, solution consultant, sales enablement & operations
  • Participate in weekly education sessions featuring various topics and leaders from across FIS
  • Learn about and support various stages of the sales process
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to current sales organization initiatives
  • Analyze and improve client/prospect data quality in support of sales campaign and reporting needs
  • Conduct research, make recommendations, and participate in projects that increase sales effectiveness
  • Develop a final presentation with insights and feedback based on your project work throughout the summer
  • Build a professional network

What You Bring
  • You are a rising Senior graduating December 2021 through May 2022
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited University
  • GPA 3.0 or better
  • An interest in financial technology (FinTech) and the way the world pays, banks and invests
  • A diverse set of experiences ready to shape the fourth industrial revolution
  • Positive and motivated for success; a u2018go getter'
  • Curious and open-minded problem-solving abilities
  • Resourcefulness and ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
