The logistics coordinator is responsible for the coordination of equipment deliveries, pick-ups and visits to customers and Yorhom Medical Essential locations. The logistics clerk assists with inventory receiving, stocking and pulling; equipment cleaning and equipment deliveries. The logistics clerk triages phone calls and enters orders as appropriate.

Essential Job Functions
  • Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency. Supervise the route and status of field units to prioritize daily scheduling.
  • Operate and manage intake by verbal, electronic or phone requests. Communication with customers about deliveries, pick up times, and or special requests.
  • Oversee preventative maintenance checks on rental equipment and track in software.
  • Respond to any issues and follow up by coordinating with appropriate departments. Respond to queries related to products and deliveries.
  • Maintain records of calls, routes, fleet vehicles, and driver compliance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.

Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED- Preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience-Preferred
