Responsibilities:
- Be a friendly ambassador on behalf of Long's Auto Place to drive and generate the sale & servicing of vehicles.
- Driven to greet visitors and offer a high quality customer service experience.
- Provide customers skilled auto knowledge in line with their vehicle needs.
- Responsible to show vehicles, provide test drives, write up sale and financing paperwork.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, with exceptional follow-up and attention to detail.
- Consistently provide exceptional communication, and customer service over email, phone, and in-person.
- Maintain the sales area and products (outdoor/indoor) to display a professional and quality brand.
Requirements:
- Sales ambition and self-motivation
- 3-5 years experience working in sales & customer service required
- 3+ years experience in auto sales preferred
- Strong organizational skills, follow-up and follow through
- Basic typing and computer knowledge; using CRM management tools to help track and follow-up with leads
- Reading, acquiring, transcribing data in order to complete necessary paperwork
- Acquire and use a strong working knowledge of all Long's Auto products while recommending them to incoming customers
- Strong ethical standards
