Responsibilities:

  • Be a friendly ambassador on behalf of Long's Auto Place to drive and generate the sale & servicing of vehicles.
  • Driven to greet visitors and offer a high quality customer service experience.
  • Provide customers skilled auto knowledge in line with their vehicle needs.
  • Responsible to show vehicles, provide test drives, write up sale and financing paperwork.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, with exceptional follow-up and attention to detail.
  • Consistently provide exceptional communication, and customer service over email, phone, and in-person.
  • Maintain the sales area and products (outdoor/indoor) to display a professional and quality brand.

Requirements:

  • Sales ambition and self-motivation
  • 3-5 years experience working in sales & customer service required
  • 3+ years experience in auto sales preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, follow-up and follow through
  • Basic typing and computer knowledge; using CRM management tools to help track and follow-up with leads
  • Reading, acquiring, transcribing data in order to complete necessary paperwork
  • Acquire and use a strong working knowledge of all Long's Auto products while recommending them to incoming customers
  • Strong ethical standards
