House Hand / General Labor

Pay is commensurate with experience.

We are looking for a reliable person to perform a wide range of duties for a single residence.  We are looking for someone who doesn’t need to be micromanaged and who knows how to follow-through.

You will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

• Minor upkeep and repairs for a residential space (inside and out)
• Identifying the need for repairs
• Scheduling and assisting with any service/repair calls to the residence
• Scheduling and accepting deliveries
• Responding to requests in a timely manner
• Cleaning and keeping the house orderly - inside and out

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:

• Basic "handyman" experience - plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Good problem solving ability
• Ability to self-direct and juggle multiple tasks and projects
• Strong sense of urgency
• Positive attitude with the ability to accept constructive feedback

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to read/write/speak English
• Must maintain a valid Texas Drivers License and a good driving record
• Must submit to pre-employment background and drug screen
• Must be comfortable using email and internet
• Ability to work 8 am – 5 pm, Monday –Friday with some weekends and overtime
