Job Details
We are seeking a full-time Title Specialist to join our AgCountry team. Office location can be flexible for the right candidate.
This position will develop, maintain and expand a high level of knowledge in resolving title exceptions, conducting online searches, preparing and gathering necessary documents and clearing pre-closing conditions in the loan origination and processing area to confirm proper lien position. Monitor & ensure completed documents are in compliance with AgCountry policy and procedures, state and federal laws, and legal regulations. If you are a team player, have an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience, three or more years of legal training or related experience in a lending environment and knowledge of collateral process, apply today!
