You will be a part of uncovering where and how we can accelerate growth by delivering a unique value proposition to brands and agencies alike.Role OverviewThe Team Leader of Account Management will lead the team responsible for all things post-sale across Best Buys advertising business portfolio of onsite and offsite digital media products. This person will be responsible for leading a team to achieve the highest possible client outcomes while maintaining the most efficient processes. This person will be responsible for leading the Account Management team as a dynamic and added-value team who can support a sales business with multiple channels of revenue in an ever-changing operational ecosystem. The team leader will work collaboratively to determine processes and approaches to transition clients from pre-sales to post-sales, execute campaigns efficiently, ensure client satisfaction, be results-driven, and be solution-oriented with a proven track record of creating internal partner and client (brand) relationships. They will lead relationships and communicate effectively with internal teams, external clients, and third-party support teams to deliver on business goals. This role will strategically navigate near-term business and client needs, and long-term opportunities. Skills critical to this role include: 1) Adept at creating approaches and directing multiple levels within a business to drive outcomes2) Ability to navigate and prioritize immediate business needs and dynamic pressures with perspective on short and long-term implications3) Keen focus on the business goals, positioning of partners for support, downstream impacts of decisions, and team evolution4) Responsible for establishing business rhythms and processes that enable a complex and high-volume business to thriveResponsibilities Responsible for overseeing the post-sale client relationship management of multiple category verticals/business units which includes a large volume of campaigns, and leading a team of Account Managers in strategizing for key client meetings and opportunities Responsible for post-sale strategic campaign management and execution for a large-scale advertising business Guide and oversee a team of direct reports, providing leadership and management to a team of Account Managers responsible for delivering business growth through post-sale client account management Drive the execution strategy for the business which includes operationalizing the media assets, implementing new products in market, and ongoing client management ensuring the workflow is meeting stakeholder needs Design and architect processes and systems, cross-organizationally, to help operationalize direct, indirect, programmatic and data-centric media buys Collaborate across multiple departments to define process and policies for best-in-class service for all incoming campaigns, maximizing efficiencies and making recommendations to streamline workThis position will report to the Director of Account Management and OperationsBasic Qualifications National or enterprise level account experience Minimum 6-8 years in marketing/operations/media/publishing with 5+ years in leading people Skilled at reshaping and redefining business needs and processes Ability to build new job functions and develop training Collaborative, solution-oriented with a proven ability to execute Very strong communication and presentation skills
