The Brand and Marketing Events Specialist is responsible for planning, execution and tactical support for Bobcat trade show and events programs which enhance our brand value, generate leads, and develop customer and dealer relationships. This position will also be responsible for direct support of our brand management functions including dealer facilities branding, influencer program, merchandise and licensing and other brand and experiential marketing campaigns as assigned.

Role & Responsibility

Brand & Experiential Marketing
  • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts via sponsorships, influencer programs, and brand campaign activation.
  • Facilitate the development and adoption of our dealer facility branding program.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for our promotional merchandise program, ensuring inventory management is in-line with KPIs, dealer feedback is incorporated, and trademark standards are followed.
  • Assist in development and refinement of uniform graphic standards and visual brand strategies.

Tradeshow and Event Coordination
  • Ensure Bobcat’s show presence provides high visibility and professionalism and reflects Bobcat’s brand promise to our customers.
  • Own the planning, scheduling and execution of tradeshow/event details and logistics, including staff scheduling, booth signage and collateral, attendee registration, coordinating with vendors to ensure booth services are ordered/fulfilled, and, in partnership with Marketing Managers craft marketing efforts to maximize our company’s presence while at the shows.
  • Provide on-site rooming coordination and support for staffing and exhibit vendors.
  • Be responsible for all the maintenance and upkeep of tradeshow-related assets and products: creative signage, inventory reviews and marketing collateral.
  • Maximize dealer exhibit rental and purchase program; liaison with Dealer Marketing for open house and marketing activities.

Meeting & Event Execution
No matter the event, this role requires the following operational aspects:
  • Develop an exceptional attendee experience from first point of contact through flow of event, ensuring goals of the sales and marketing teams are being met at every touch point.
  • Represent the Bobcat brand and convey a positive brand image at major company-sponsored events, tradeshows, public and dealer-facing functions.
  • Providing support for event execution which includes, but is not limited to, event registration services, creative asset development, signage and logistics, on-site collateral, calendar management, catering and rentals, run of show development and supporting our on-site staff.
  • Provide support for hands-on packing/organizing of materials, prep and coordination of shipping and receiving materials.
  • Coordinate staff logistics, including communication, training, hotels, schedule and dealer/customer interaction to achieve event objectives.
  • Support project management delivery for events as assigned.


Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant job experience in administration, marketing or events.
  • Project management and event management experience preferred.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
  • Customer service mindset and proven success in building relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interface professionally with individuals at all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to work strongly in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Adept at managing multiple calendars, schedules and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated above average skills in PowerPoint production and presentation.
  • Travel: up to 20% travel domestic and abroad.

What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have?

•Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

•Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
•The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
