Job Description:

Excellent communication skills - written and oral.

Answering calls from customer related to network issues

Collect complete description of the problem and logs it into ticketing systems.

Ticket Management (Open, Update, Track, Route, Close)

Perform basic troubleshooting methodology with the end user based on training and on scripted flow-trees.

Take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user with ISP and communicate progress in a timely manner.

Good interpersonal skills to liaise with customer (Both Internal/External).
