We look forward to establishing a career partnership with you.Opportunity Overview & ResponsibilitiesOur client has an immediate need for a BIM Manager. The BIM Manager is responsible for working collaboratively within the Design/Build team and other engineering disciplines to coordinate BIM models for buildings, equipment platforms and foundations. Additional responsibilities are as follows:
As part of the Design/Build team, works with Architects and Structural Engineers to create and coordinate BIM models for various construction projects. Creates visualizations of proposed designs and construction drawings from 3D models.Coordinates vendor and equipment models with building model for clash analysis.Uses BIM software and all other available technological resources to create models for proposals and construction. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of BIM software and available technology.Creation and maintenance of the model template files to ensure standards are maintained.Trains others as needed and acts as a first point of contact to other staff with BIM related questions.Prepares accurate documentation throughout all phases of assigned projects.Due to project deadlines and demands, regular and reliable attendance is required.Completes all related reports and paperwork in a timely manner.
Qualifications:

Over five years of experience with BIM software required.Strong working knowledge of BIM software required with an emphasis on REVIT
