- Partners with internal customers to identify and address business process training needs, goals, and objectives.
- Oversees, monitors, and evaluates business process training methods and materials to assess for consistent, effective, and efficient training practices. Adjusts to meet everchanging business needs and objectives.
- Designs and implements a trainer development program which encourages continual learning that aligns with organizational goals and addresses departmental needs.
- Establishes and promotes communication with business process end users to identify deficiencies that may be resolved with advanced training and training aids.
- Partners with vendor training teams to coordinate training, material needs, and support to ensure they are delivered in a timely manner.
- Assesses operational learning requests based on business needs and finds innovative ways to deliver training to employees that effectively incorporates adult learning principles.
- Manages business-related course content for the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Supports the department by designing solutions and supporting documentation for process improvement.
- Assists with the establishment, coordination, and ongoing management of the document management program.
