Job Details
We are seeking a full-time Home Loan Officer to join our AgCountry team. Office location is flexible but preferably the Fargo, ND or Willmar and Alexandria, MN areas.
You will actively market consumer loan products and financial services; dedicate approximately 90 percent of your time to relationship management activities; and be responsible for credit decisions within delegated authority and credit administration of an assigned residential loan portfolio.
If you are a team player, have a Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, finance or related field; possess understanding of consumer mortgage finance and its related sales/brokerage field or title/settlement industry; have strong communication, problem solving, analytical, negotiating, influencing, and strategic selling skills; and are self-motivated, apply today!
