Specifically, you will: Build and manage a targeted sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, lead generation, and other business development related activities Meet with prospective clients to determine talent acquisition objectives by conferring with hiring executives and business owners Analyze, interpret, present, and recommend sourcing strategies and recruitment plans to identify talent for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct hire client requisitions Meet with clients to review performance, metrics, and staffing trends through quarterly business reviews Network and promote the organization at business expos, networking events, and professional networking groups and associations
