Weekly Hours: 40.00
Responsible for the implementation of Imagenetics program initiatives including but not limited to Sanford Biobank and Sanford Chip as well as other Sanford initiatives that apply. Assists in all aspects of these initiatives including the design site-specific tools to maintain compliance, enhance efficiency and accuracy in completing study tasks. Provides supervision of clinical Imagenetics staff, and outreach education, both internally and externally, regarding the mission for Sanford Imagenetics. Will work with leadership and clinical staff from departments across the Sanford enterprise to create policies and procedures.Responsible for training staff and ensuring staff are following standard operating procedures. Actively leads and/or participate in committees, staff meetings, etc. to assist with team and department goals, and organizational strategies. Understand the critical components associated with the ability to generate consistent approaches for hiring, selection, retaining, and leveraging talent across the unit.
Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization. Assists in the collection and preparation of required budget information.
Requires the ability to organize multiple components of various clinical studies or projects. Critical thinking skills and autonomy are necessary to perform the daily tasks that are carried out in partnership with the physician investigators and other members of the research team.

Will work to effectively communicate study needs and concerns. Serve as a liaison with clinical departments to communicate program objectives, encourage recruitment and ensure compliance with study protocol. Serve as a resource to other staff members.
Travel is involved for this position. Must acquire in-depth knowledge of protocols and standard operating procedures. Demonstrates a basic knowledge of good clinical practices plus analytical and decision-making ability, strong oral and written communication skills, computer skills, and organizational ability required.
Bachelor's degree in a clinical, health, or life science field.
Minimum of two years of related experience. Experience with human subjects research required. Management experience is highly recommended.
A valid drivers’ license is required for driving to clinics and other Sanford facilities.
