We offer competitive starting pay, health and dental benefits, life and disability insurance, paid vacation and personal time off, 10 paid holidays, and 401K plan with company match.**** We are currently offering a $5000 Hiring Bonus *****Position Summary:The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient maintenance of all plastic injection mold machines and auxiliary equipment under the direction of the Maintenance Manager.Hours:6:30 am - 3 pm Monday - FridayKey Tasks:Experience with plastic injection molding is a MUSTCoach and train subordinates in the performance of their duties.Repair machinery and auxiliary equipment as needed.Assist Maintenance Manager in ordering all required parts.Assist in the installation of all new machinery and removal of old machinery.Interface with manufacturers and service personnel to address maintenance issues.Monitor equipment for safe operations.Direct and perform preventative maintenance on all machines and auxiliary equipment as needed.Perform repairs on building equipment and areas such as air conditioning, heaters, and restrooms.Perform snow removal and lawn care as needed.Maintain cleanliness in work areas as needed.Perform additional duties as assigned.Ability to work independently.Attention to DetailStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize work and manage multiple tasksAbility to take direction from Supervisors/ManagerAbility to lift up to 70lbs.Must be able to understand, enforce, and comply with all plant safety rules and regulations.Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and other physical tasks.Ability to read blueprints (electrical and hydraulics)Knowledge of lockout/tagout process.REO Plastics, Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
