Job Details
We are seeking a full-time Legal and Compliance Specialist to join our team in the Fargo, ND office.
This position will serve as Assistant Association Collateral Custodian; facilitate the Paid Document process; complete administration functions within the Legal and/or Lending Services department; and assist in complex collateral restructuring and legal description advice and training to team members upon request.
If you are a team player; have an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal or equivalent experience, knowledge of legal, commercial secured lending and lease terminology, title insurance, real estate law, the Uniform Commercial Code and collateral documentation; and demonstrated skills in training and problem solving, apply today!
