Corporate Tax Intern

The Corporate Tax intern will be responsible for assisting thecorporate tax function, including preparation of tax returns and tax auditsupport and provide tax-related support on a global level.

• Servesas support for Domestic Tax Director, and various other members of the TaxDepartment

• PrepareU.S. federal compliance forms for domestic and foreign companies

• Assistin collecting and analyzing financial data for purposes of calculating thequarterly income tax provisions

• Performresearch related to specific tax matters

• Assistwith basis studies

• Special projects as needed

• Mustcurrently be pursuing a 4 year degree in Accounting or Finance. Preferably a Junior or Senior.

• GPAof 3.5 or higher strongly preferred.

• Efficient with MS OfficeSuite

• Strong organizationaland time management skills
