You are a marketing professional who is searching for an opportunity to apply your expertise at a strategic level to support business development through the creation of go-to-market strategies that result in innovative and measurable tactics. What you bring

At least 8 years of experience in a marketing, communications, design or related in commercial real estate
Experience supervising/leading a team
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or related.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Advanced knowledge with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
A passion for excellence and be enthusiastic about becoming the #1 brokerage in the market

What success looks like

You will directly supervise the marketing team to include performance management, oversight, development, hiring, staffing, managing priorities while also providing guidance to the Client Services professionals when applicable.
You will identify ways to position Colliers and our broker professionals as industry and thought leaders.
You will collaborate with our broker professionals to help creatively position and differentiate within the market.
You will work closely with the business to deliver measurable ROI, driving the successful execution of key strategic and cross-functional projects ensuring active communication with all key stakeholders.
You will regularly audit competitor marketing collateral to ensure Colliers delivers best in class marketing materials.
You will remain informed of commercial real estate activity within the market, actively engaging with industry resources and networking with peers and brokers to help Colliers position and win.
You will be managing social media strategy, ensuring implementation of new marketing initiatives, and helping to identify new marketing opportunities.
You will be a leader in the company and in the market and be a steward for the Colliers brand.
