Essential job functions:
1. Actively participate in the installation and service of technology solutions in the field.
2. Interpret diagrams, schematics, and defined tasks that guide the installation of solutions.
3. Quickly react, adjust, improvise, troubleshoot, and solve problems that arise during installation.
4. Help test and ensure solutions function as intended.
5. Combine and utilize supplies, tools, and installation equipment in performing work.
6. Communicate and collaborate with other Field Technicians in installation and delivery.
7. Provide clear and timely updates on status, issues, roadblocks, and demonstrate accomplishments.
8. Establish and maintain good interpersonal and professional relationships, ensuring teamwork and success.
Experience:
1+ Years of Field Technician experience with hands-on knowledge and skills in audio, video, access control, cabling, IP surveillance, or related technologies.
Licensed/Unlicensed Power Limited Technician a plus.
Strong team experience, adept at working in changing environments.
Must be able to work on ladders lifting and positioning technology equipment like projectors, screens, and displays.
