Junior Engineer

Working with the Environmental team, this position offers good variety of work and will see you involved in:

• Working in highly collaborative teams to identify, design and execute leading edge solutions for our clients
• Developing project scope and deliverables with the clients to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
• Perform site visits to verify design criteria, collect data and document construction completion details in accordance with engineering plans
• Ability to coordinate activities with vendors, clients and contractors
• Perform field work at various agricultural/industrial facilities
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with project team members, regulators and clients
• Assist with preparation of technical correspondence, project proposals, cost estimates, technical reports, work plans, and project specifications
  

What you will bring to the team:

• B.S. in civil, mechanical, environmental, agricultural or water resources engineering; or equivalent
  
• 1-5 years of experience in engineering or environmental related field.
  
• Excellent organization, time management and problem solving skills
  
• Construction experience would be considered an asset
  
• Strong written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, including report-writing and preparation of competitive proposals Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
  
• Willingness to travel as required
  
• Self-starter, flexible team player, willing/able to work on a wide variety of tasks
  
• Maintain and build exceptional client relationships.
  
• Strong analytical skills and sound technical judgment.
  
• High ethical standards, committed to producing high quality work
  
• Authorization for full-time, permanent employment in the United States is required
