Job Information

Manage the sales incentive rebate system porgram creation and credit approval process. Enforce sales program policies by auditing, administering and recovering fees for non-compliant dealer transactions. Analyze accuracy of finance vendor subsidy charges to ensure only appropriate expenses are recognized. Analyze and validate the financial viability of all regional and district targeted programs to control spend and ensure alignment with product profitability, share and revenue targets.

Role & Responsibility

Process
??? Create One Stop Shop sales incentive rebate programs and execute timely rebate approval or rejection.


Audit
??? Audit sales incentive program promotion credit requests from dealers to ensure only the proper amount of credit is approved for payment based on program rules and accuracy of credit request amounts.
??? Administer and recover fees for non-compliant transactions.
??? Audit finance (Lending provider) vendor invoices for accuracy to ensure charges comply with contract terms, are calculated properly, reflect the appropriate cost per machine and that data integrity is intact. Withhold payment when appropriate.


Custom Reports
??? Drive the standardization and adoption of custom reports which summarize business and financial data for review by executives, managers and other stakeholders.
??? Ensure creation and adoption of consistent data formats, systems and connections by internal and external (finance vendors) partners.


Field Targeted Program Validation
??? Deliver a validation analysis that ensures a decision that aligns with current share, profitability and revenue targets.
??? Archive all program documentation including business case, program rules and guidelines and ROI analysis

Job Requirement

??? Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
??? Experience Required: 0-2 years
??? Travel Required: ??? Experience with financial data analysis, data mining and pivot tables
??? Expert in Excel
??? Basic computer skills
??? Ability to follow written instructions
??? Ability to:

  • Uncover, analyze and leverage sales program data to correct erroneous credits and charges by analyzing transaction activity.
  • Create systems, reports and other analytical tools which support sales program optimization.
  • Analyze and verify floor plan costs to ensure the expense aligns with recorded inventory.
  • Provide analysis of multitue of variables that contribute to cost of sales, incentive programs.
