The Director, Information Technology is an experienced IT leader that can build information management capabilities into a high-growth environment. This role will also work cross-functionally between departments managing all aspects of the people, systems, and processes supported by Corporate IT.

This person will be responsible for ensuring a world-class employee technology experience. The qualified candidate must be able to provide hands-on management of system resources in a complex and integrated environment while providing direction and growth for members of the IT staff. The responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and execution of all company IT functions while assisting with meeting system level agreements, budget tracking, and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for all IT vendor management that impacts all global employees and systems
Act as a member of the Change Advisory Board assuring all processes are followed and changes that impact employees and systems are documented and communicated appropriately
Partner and collaborate with all business leaders to provide and implement new tools in service of their needs
Create strategic and whole product experiences to improve and drive outstanding customer service for other Jamfs
Develop and maintain a robust services catalog and a 24x7 customer-centric support model and function
Align international IT staff, work plans, and goals with established overall strategies for the department and company
Evaluate team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching using formal and informal channels
Keep teams effective and efficient by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans, policies, and procedures for implementing new technology and workflows
Assist in defining, maintaining, and reviewing expenses and ongoing budget related initiatives
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a global team of IT leaders spanning multiple disciplines including Systems Administration, Networking, Collaboration Services, and Support
Lead IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the organization
Direct the effective delivery and support of networks, technology, and disaster recovery systems and processes
Perform liaison duties between users, operations, and the executive team in the areas of systems design, technology investments, and risks
Provide vision, leadership, and management for the IT services being delivered to the organization, including but not limited to IT infrastructure services, IT operations, IT employee support, business applications development, and internal security
Direct and manage IT strategic plans, policies, programs, and schedules for business technology services, network communications, and information management
Initiate and implement improvements in all areas of IT responsibilities
Oversee the administration and maintenance of the companys infrastructure, and direct IT staff when necessary
Assist in infrastructure management, platform administration, and service implementation as needed

Skills & Requirements

Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously while adapting priorities quickly and effectively
Strong technical knowledge of all aspects of cloud technology and the ability to plan future cloud expansion
A high level of independence as demonstrated through clear problem solving and communication skills and the delivery of high quality work
Practical experience managing and supporting globally utilized services on-site and remotely
Identify needs, research and build cost-effective, low maintenance solutions
Strong customer focus with a proven track record of developing and enhancing relationships with all aspects of the business
Experience with industry-standard operational practices such as change management, incident management, problem management, and vendor management
Experience working in a compliance driven environment
Minimum of 10 years experience working in an IT related role (Required)
10+ years of practical experience in coordinating efforts between multiple internal teams and external vendors (Required)
10+ years experience working in an IT leadership function (Required)
