As a Customer Experience Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Leading the relationship with our partner Medallia and our professional services delivery partner to ensure the roadmap aligns with CXIS priorities to deliver value for 3M
Implementing new CX listening posts, collaborating with 3M colleagues and partners to drive design and requirements definition and create and action delivery plans
Driving delivery on time and on budget by managing requirements, resources and ongoing costs
Supporting BG and functional partners with simple configurations in the CXIS system (report creation, adding field values, etc)
Willingness to work in a fast-paced start-up team environment on a visible initiative with both internal stakeholders and customer facing contact
Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Seven (7) combined years experience in marketing, project management, sales, and/or customer operations in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Masters degree in marketing, business, technology management
Minimum three years of Customer Experience management experience with Medallia or similar technology platform in a private, public, government or military environment
Skills include using negotiating, probing and problem-solving skills to assess complex situations and make decisions quickly and effectively
