100% employee-owned J&R Schugel invites CDL-A truck drivers with at least 2 years' experience to join our OTR reefer expedited fleet! If you like to run high miles for high earning potential, we want to connect with you! Overview: You will run ALL 48 states with 2 weeks out pulling high end, high priority freight - mainly refrigerated food grade products and produce. Occasional dry loads with a mix of drop and hook and live load/live unload. OTR reefer expedited fleet offers CDL-A truck drivers w/2 yrs experience:

• Average weekly miles: 2,500-2,800
• Average length of haul: 850-1,000
• Pay at .55 CPM Solo; .65 CPM Team split
• Pay for stops, detention, layover
• 2 weeks out at a time running all 48 states J&R Schugel offers:
