IT Project Manager - Outsourcing

Manage medium/large enterprise projects from inception, through implementation, delivering on commitments in alignment with goals and objectives. Rapidly identify milestone obstacles creatively developing solutions or escalating to leadership as appropriate.Develop strong partnerships with their business counterparts and product owners, ensuring capability, usability and compliance requirements are met for both internal and external customers.

• Define and manage scope, budget, resources & schedule of medium to large projects.

• Identifies project challenges and working assertively with technical resources, recommends solutions. Solves business problems through the effective use of financial and technology resource engagement.

• Accepts feedback from supervisors and peers and learns from failures. Expresses thoughts and opinions in a productive manner about improvements in capabilities. Instills confidence in junior and other members of the team.

• Is highly effective in interacting with peers, teams, business partners, and management to influence and drive business decisions. Builds relationships with business sponsors and stake holders; manages expectations and facilitates steering meetings and executive summary reporting.

• Champion of project management methodology and discipline; provides guidance, feedback, encouragement and advice to others.

Basic Qualifications (BQs)

Education and experience:Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experienceor high school diploma/GED and 6 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

Education and experience:Bachelor's degree and3years of relatedproject managementexperience
