Marketing Project Manager

Principle duties & responsibilities

Leads and manages the project intake process
Uses data and Intel to accept/decline incremental projects
Serves as the primary resourcing contact for the Marketing Pyramid
Oversees and directs the selection of project resources
Publishes and tracks projects/resources/utility
Manages and updates the casting database
Manages and fulfills the annual project pipeline
Makes timely decisions for fast-paced projectsto meet deadlines.
Oversees and/or creates presentations and effectively presents to Creative Leadership and Marketing teams.
Stays current with the industry; technology trends and creative talent and applies to projects.
Provides continuous communication and appropriate reporting on key resourcing initiatives.
Ability to build strong networks.
Ability to analyze data sets and synthesize/organize information to craft solutions.
Supports the Resource Manager by creating and providing capacity data, analytics and resourcing updates

Minimum job requirements

4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience
5-7+ years of experience.
Experience demonstrating a strong understanding of resource management or analytical thinking.
Effective communication skills.
Interpersonally savvy with strong listening skills.
Open to feedback with ability to take direction.
Action oriented with ability to prioritize and drive results.
Deep understanding of creative teams/departments and creative work.
