Salesforce Business Analyst

Salesforce Business Analyst will align with internal and vendor project teams to engage business partners in the collection and documentation of business requirements, a compilation of findings into project defined deliverables, writing of user stories and SME input to project teams. Further, this role will be an active participant in the ongoing agile delivery of business requests, directly in the form of Salesforce configuration, and indirectly in guiding the project team through business requirements that have been captured.

• Discovery, Analysis, and Documentation of business and technical requirements aligned to the execution of Salesforce project efforts

• Hands-on configuration of Salesforce features in an agile delivery model

• Strong collaboration with business and IT partners to understand the context of project goals and objectives in potentially ambiguous scenarios, enablingproper investigation and capture of business needs

• Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce features and concepts, preferably including Salesforce certification maintenance

• Align with Salesforce and other architect roles to ensure analysis and definition of stories aligns with architectural strategies

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelor's and 5 years or HS/GED and 9 years

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor of Business or Computer Science

Experience: 7 years Business Analysis in an enterprise environment
