Work From Home Customer Service Rep

As a Customer Service Rep supporting our Online Training courses, and two of our online subscription based websites called Safety Management Suite and KellerOnline.

As a Customer Service Rep for the you are taking calls from customers using the product to assist them with any number of issues that may arise. Basic calls could be that the user is trying to gain access to their account; as calls become more complicated you'll field the calls and ask the necessary questions to escalate the calls to the appropriate rep. As you become more familiar with the product you'll be able to assist with more complex problems.

You will be working between 2 screen and 4 different programs while on the phone to help the customer through the call.

Hours

Two shifts available:

7 AM to 3:30 PM OR 9:30 AM to 6 PM

Qualifications Needed

  • 1+ years experience in a call center setting
  • Proficient on computers
  • Ability to multitask
