The daily responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist may include:
???Answering a high volume of inbound calls and emails,addressing questions and concerns with speed and professionalism, and building longstanding relationships with customers
???Listening to customers' questions and concerns, and providing corresponding assistance, solutions or responses accordingly
???Following company policies, procedures per training guidelines
???Accurately entering customer data and detailed notes into internal system
???Making changes to customer files when necessary
???Providing timely follow up to customer inquiries
???Compiling reports on customer feedback or issues to share with management
???Escalating calls to senior level Customer Service Specialists or management when applicable

Job Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

- Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment

- Excellent problem solving skills in Microsoft Office applications

- Solid understanding of Superior Customer Service

- Email Correspondence experience

- Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

- No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

- achievement oriented, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

- 3+ years of past relevant experience

- Strong customer service and office administrative skills
