OfficeTeam has a challenging career opportunity for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative in the growing Manufacturing industry. This Customer Service Representative opportunity is located in Bloomington, Minnesota, and is a long-term temporary-to-full-time engagement.

Responsibilities

- Organize and route incoming telephone calls

- Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

- By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

- Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

Job Requirements:
- A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Microsoft Word experience

- Microsoft Excel experience

- Deep understanding of typing 45 - 60 words per minute

- Salesforce.com experience preferred

- Customer service and office administrative skills

- Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

- Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Highrise, and Insightly

- Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

- Proficient with computers and technology platforms
