Inventory Department Administrative Assistant Needed in Gwinner ND Pay: $18 per hour Work hours: 1st shift - Monday-Friday 7am-3pm, occasional Saturday for OT Terms: 3-4 months Responsibilities:
  • Support department with clerical and administrative duties
  • Assist current Supply Chain Lead
  • Keep Inventories accurate
  • Tracking sheet to monitor on hand and consumption
  • Assist in location of inventory
  • Truing up inventories
Requirements:
  • Proficient computers skills, use of Microsoft office (Excel and Word)
  • Data Entry Skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced department
  • Strong organization skills
  • Quick Learner
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Inventory Control / Cycle Count experience preferred but not required
  • Training provided to candidates that possess proficient computers skill and strong communication skills
