Kelly Services is seeking a financial professional for a Document Custody Services role with our global banking client in St. Paul MN. This is a 6+ month temporary position that could go temp to perm for the right candidate. Pay is $17.10/hr. to start with perks available in the first 30 days. Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm schedule. As a DCS Customer Service Specialist you will be in daily communication with customers from the St. Paul Document Custody site. You are responsible for communicating and maintaining a good working relationship with your assigned customers, as well as handling and resolving all inquiries that they may have. Daily review and processing work is a large part of the position as the work you do is for your customers. Job Tasks: ??? Become the customer's point of contact ??? Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with the customer to obtain all the necessary information to complete your daily tasks. ??? Identify potential issues and know when to escalate ??? Work with the system of record and perform certifications to business acumen. ??? Review and process Mortgage Documents to company standard/checklists and computer system EMBTrust ??? Lead Assigned Projects ??? Problem solve on a daily basis ??? Data Entry ??? Report Generating ??? Scan Documents ??? Labeling Files ??? Organize Carts ??? Filing Documents ??? Meet Deadlines ??? Assist with other departments dependent of business needs and work volume Basic Qualifications: ??? 2 years previous experience working in a financial environment ??? Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook ??? Great Customer Relations Skills ??? Ability to meet deadlines ??? Ability to adapt to new processes ??? Ability to take direction ???
