Manufactured Electronic Engineering Product Project Manager

This full time, permanent Manufactured Electronic Engineering Product Project Manager career opportunity is at a company that has grown 20% annually for the past decade. Sales are estimated to double in 2020. This company is small but very stable as the government is one of several larger customers. Employees matter here and are able to see what's going on throughout the company. This newly created, valuable position will lessen the duties of the company President allowing him to focus on new business.

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:

• Managing a variety of electronic product projects in a manufacturing environment
• Researching and obtaining product project requirements
• Reviewing specifications and engineering drawings
• Functioning as the main product project contact
• Solving project and product related problems
• Ensuring work is done on a timely basis
• Accurately gaining product specifications from customers
• Interacting extensively with customers, sales and manufacturing
• Building great customer relationships
• Providing cost estimates

The background of the successful candidate should include the following:

• Three years of product project management experience
• Three years of experience with manufacturing design
• Three years of experience taking specifications from the customer
• Strong ability to prioritize
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational ability
• A four year degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics would be preferred but not required.
