Every team member should feel empowered to deliver a world-class and unique experience based on what each customer needs.Key ResponsibilitiesHelps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions to their needs.Delights clients by ensuring a smooth end-to-end delivery process.Moves clients products safely into their home while unboxing, installing, and checking functionality.Determines the best way to bring merchandise into clients homes.Assists clients in completing all paperwork and obtaining appropriate documentation for proof of delivery.Hauls away clients previous technology products either alone or leading two person teams.Provides training to newly on-boarded Geek Squad drivers.Basic Qualifications6 months of experience with recommending products, services, or solutions to clients in a retail or direct in-home environmentAbility to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekendsAbility to lift, push, and pull weight up to 350 pounds alone or up to 700 pounds as part of a team with the use of a harness, lift, or dollyMust be 21 years of agePreferred Qualifications:Previous experience with building and maintaining client relationships in a leadership capacity
