Key Responsibilites:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with Capitas' Institutional Accounts
- Hold regular calls and communication with Institutional Accounts
- Manage the organization and communication of information (operations, processes, rules, manuals etc.) between the Institutional Accounts and Capitas Partner Offices.
- Liaison between Capitas Field Force (Capitas Partners and Sales Vice Presidents) and Institution's Home Office.
- Resolve questions from Capitas Field Force
- Assist Institutional Accounts with development and implementation of insurance marketing plans.
- Organize and conduct Capitas Field Force conference calls as needed
- Work with Capitas Field Force to obtain feedback on working in Institutional Accounts and develop and/or revise strategies.
- Work with Capitas Field Force to develop accurate and accountable sales forecasting commitments for Institutional Accounts.
- Ensure accurate activity and production reporting to all parties
- Manage Capitas Field Force on-boarding process to work in Institutional Accounts
- Work with core Carriers to organize, promote and influence sales campaigns with Capitas Field Force.
- Develop, revise and update processes and procedures to simplify and streamline day-to-day operations.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or similar work experience, state life insurance license, at least five years of experience in case design, wholesaling and/or marketing protection products (Life, DI, & LTC).
- Basic knowledge of back office support (licensing, commissions, issuing new business).

- Agency experience preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Sound judgment, a sense of urgency, strong follow-through, adept at cultivating relationships, balancing competing priorities and managing input and approvals from multiple stakeholders.
- Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, remain flexible and calm under pressure.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The position requires the ability to establish credibility and build rapport with Capitas team and Institutional accounts.
- Should possess in-depth understanding of insurance industry and key carriers in the market place.
