As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will be to manage large complex projects or manage multiple medium sized projects ensuring profitable operations. This position will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. It is essential to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You thrive in fast-paced environments under tight deadlines You relish new challenges and evolving technology You enjoy collaborating and communicating with your teammates You like to know your efforts are noticed and appreciated You enjoy building and sustaining relationships with clients and general/sub-contractors, both while on the job and through networking What it takes: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, 5-7 years of related construction experience, or equivalent combination DOT experience required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets Must possess a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record Transportation or site construction experience Experience with Project Management and Estimating software (HCSS, etc.) Experience with scheduling software (P6, etc.) Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment Travel is required within the Midwest (Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, etc.) AA/EOE/M/W/Vet/Disability
