We are currently seeking an outgoing and motivated individual to join our team as the Director of Outreach and Public Relations in the Treasure Valley area. In this role at Edgewood, you would lead the marketing and sales activities including property tours, promotion of the communities, and developing/implementing follow-up tasks that increase occupancy.  You would work directly with the Corporate Sales and Marketing team to ensure the execution of effective local marketing campaigns and maintain relationships with clients, employees, and communities.

Minimum Requirements

 

You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Business or related field of study strongly preferred.
• Work experience that demonstrates increased level of responsibility, proven sales acumen, exceptional customer service and professional growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on a team approach.
• Passion and drive for helping others.
