IT Security Specialist

As an IT Security Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Leading the overall Privileged Access Management project and surrounding activities

Discovering, securing and managing privileged accounts (eg Server and Workstations, Databases, Network equipment, Applications, Social Media, Cloud hosting)

Collaborating with other areas in IT to utilize and implement the privileged identity management tools and best practices for privileged account management

Creating custom password management (CPM) and privileged session management (PSM) plugins, and developing PAM automation solutions

Expanding, deploying and maintaining PAM tools in AWS and Azure cloud environments

Supporting the CyberArk PAS environment - Including Password Vault, Privileged Session Manager and Application Identity Manager

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

Six (6) years of Information Technology experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

IT security experience administering privileged access management systems (eg CyberArk, Thycotic, BeyondTrust)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Experience with automation using Scripting or programming languages

Experience with Linux and Windows System Administration

Experience administering Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud, or other cloud technologies

Experience with Microsoft Active Directory or Azure Active Directory

Experience with CyberArk Privileged Account Suite

Experience with database and data warehouse technologies (eg Microsoft SQL, Oracle, IBM DB2, Hadoop, AWS RDS, and Azure SQL)

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic
