Focus in small business lending area (under $300K commercial loans).-Commercial Lending=buildings/business or apt rental-analyzing the risk profiles of the loans-loan documentation compliance-credit approval process-operation projects as needed; business slow-quicker turnaround time because small loans - 35 days to close-Analyzing the risk, credit approval process, operation projectsThis position works closely with its Underwriting Team. Responsible for analyzing credit and financial reports to determine risk involved in loaning money or extending credit, scrutinizes financial data to determine if loans will be lucrative; and, preparing loan documents together with assigned monthly projects.Small Business AnalystPrimary duties will include, but may not be limited to, the following:* Drives the credit approval process from receiving required information to completed credit report* Analyzes and assesses the risk profile of business loans, under the supervision of the VP of Underwriting* Provides support for ongoing loan documentation compliance* Completes small routine, periodic, annual credit reviews, as assignedResponsibilities and Duties:* Daily workload to include, but not limited to:o Comparing and analyzing liquidity, profitability, and credit histories of individual or company being evaluated with similar establishments to determine risko Compiling reports regarding finance and credit datao Analyzing financial records such as earnings, savings, payments and purchase of the individual or company and recommending other useful financial activity for further plans* Works as a member of a team, successfully working toward a solution when opinions differ* Provides high quality member service including direct member contact, as required* Ability to review simple to moderately difficult appraisals with supervision* Interfaces and coordinates with owner credit union staff to ensure effective communications and efficient operations* Utilizes available technology to maintain a high level of organizational efficiency and effectivenessOperations ProjectsPrimary duties will include, but may not be limited to, the following:* For approved Small Business Loanso Use of the internet to research company data, research existing UCC's on the WDFI website, search for needed tax informationo Prepare Adverse Action letters for declined loanso Prepare a list of items needed for the Lenderso Compile monthly reporting and invoicing of small business transactionso Manages time order to complete projects as assigned**About Aerotek:****We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
