Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Facilitates new hire orientation and on-boarding
• Administers employee benefit plans
• Assists with recruitment for all positions including: ad management, phone screens, participation in recruiting events, and interviewing candidates
• Completes correspondence related to benefits, employment verification, and other outside agency inquiries
• Maintains information in Human Resources Data Base to support required recordkeeping and compliance reporting
• Collaborates with the Director of Human Resources to create and implement Company policy
• Assists employees with questions and acts as a liaison with outside agencies as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related is preferred
• 3 years' experience in a Human Resources role
• Strong leadership, organization, customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to focus on multiple issues simultaneously
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
