As a 2021 Associate Development Program full-time participant with FIS, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.

This two-year full-time program has start dates in January and June with a dedicated u201CLearning Weeku201D where you will;
  • Learn how to work within a corporate environment
  • Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization
  • Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
  • Build a network of your peers from across the organization

About The Team

The Deployment team provides support and oversight for new product launch activities and go to market strategies for the FI Payments Division line of businesses. The Payments Division LOB's includes: Debit, Credit, ATM, Integrated Payable, Retail Digital, Fraud, Network and International. The Deployment team works to bridge the Development to BAU gap by collaborating with key stakeholders for a smooth onboarding and support turnover. Our team ensures FIS internal teams are trained, prepared and the product is stable before General Acceptance.

Responsibilities include;
  • GTM Strategy support
  • Collaborate with Campaign Management & Product Adoption
  • Partner with Project/Program Managers*
  • Product Launch Oversight
  • Issue Escalation:
    Process Gaps, Resource Concerns
  • Roadblock Removal
  • Internal Stakeholder Coordination
  • Key Milestone Facilitation
  • FI Payments Executive Communications
  • New Product Revenue tracking

What You Will Be Doing
  • Coordinate and run meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Document and maintain team artifacts
  • Provide guidance and champion new product deployment methodology
  • Drive overall success of product launch
  • Track and report on new product revenue projections
  • Roadblock removal

  • Bachelor's degree from job discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and willingness to learn
