Senior Manager, Asset Management

Manages and leads the Asset Management Services function of the OBRIS RPM business.

Essential to this Position

Ensure the ongoing delivery of Asset Management services to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Manage, coach, and develop direct staff, consisting of individuals performing daily Asset Management functions as well as indirect staff, such as the team of Business Analysts supporting the Asset Management technology/platform utilized by the business
Collaborate with Product Management, Operations and Account Management on the specific processes deployed in each business segment to ensure the business as a whole provides quality services and delivers our value proposition to external customers.
Utilize standard work toward ensuring the safety of our work force, efficient operations, the quality and integrity of our inventory and services, protecting company/customer assets and profitability. Publish and work with teams to maintain documentation in a central repository and publish change notifications.
Collaborate with External Customers, Product Management, Operations and Account Management to develop and define operational KPIs that are meaningful to the customer, drive continuous improvement and define the quality of our services.
Lead the ongoing evolution of our Asset Management services offerings and capabilities, including technology utilization, to support business growth and toward continual improvement of our value proposition as related to Asset Management services.
Collaborate with New Business Development, Product Management, and Operations as related to supply chain solutions design for prospective new customers/service offerings.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

Education Required

Bachelor's Degree

Work Experience Required

At least 7 years relevant experience required. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
5 years of Supply Chain management experience, including experience with Reusable/Returnable Packaging and knowledge of warehousing, 3rd party logistics, and distribution environments.
Expertise in asset management & tracking technologies and systems.
Experience interacting with customers (internal and external).
Management experience in a diverse, multi-location environment.
Must have effective oral and written communication skills.
Must be advanced in computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.
Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Travel up to 50% is required.
