Desktop Support Engineer

The Desktop Support Engineer will assist with hardware and software issues. You will be providing on-site or remote technical assistance including the setting up of computer hardware systems, installing and upgrading software, and troubleshooting basic IT issues.

This person will be assisting with general IT support at the 2 St. Paul, MN locations

* Assist with the end-user laptop and desktop rollout
* Remediate Operating system and general hardware/software support issues (i.e. Windows, Cisco Meraki, O365)
* Assist with end user support during email, data, and application migrations
* General printer support
* General IP phone / soft phone support
* Assist with conference room equipment set up and troubleshooting
* Assist with end user IT requests and incidents
* Assist with o365 email/SharePoint/Teams requests and issues.
* Assist with AD group access and permission requests
