Mandatory Skills \t Plant control Automation Systems - (DeltaV, Wonderware, GE Proficy iFix, Dematic Storage, Rockwell etc). Primarily looking for DeltaV SMEs.
* Experience in working with manufacturing workflow automation products & experience in manufacturing intelligence systems are desirable.
* Experience in troubleshooting issues with implemented MES configuration to optimize quality and operational effectiveness
* Specialist experience in installation, configuration, access provisioning, routine patching & upgrade of MES control systems is MUST.
* Experience working on following OS: Windows 10, Server 2012, Server 2016, VMWare
* Experience in administering and troubleshooting the provisioned Infrastructure
* Prior experience working in SLA based ticket/incident servicing engagement:
a. Installation, configuration, customization & enhancements of applications.
b. Participate in cross functional teams (Local site Integrators, Plant Techs, Vendors etc) to resolve issues
c. Practitioner to specialist experience in lifecycle (H/W & S/W) control system applications
* Exposure in real time monitoring and management tools for MES sytems is desirable
* Experience working with a ticketing system - ServiceNow/Remedy/HPSM etc
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good vendor communication skills

2. Knowledge on Infra H/W, Networking, Security and Storage & Backup

Job Roles/Responsibilities \t 1. L2/L3 support Activities - Incident fixing, Problem resolution, Service request fulfillment, Change Management, Minor Enhancements
2. Should be able to handle application management responsibilities such as downtime management, release management and supporting application audits
3. Should be able to coordinate application lifecycle and infra lifecycle
4. Should be flexible to work off business hours as situation demands
5. Should be self-motivated and good team player
6. Be open for site travel on a need basis
