The Enterprise Marketing Strategy team contains several smaller sub-teams, including Marketing Capabilities, and is part of Boston Scientific's Corporate Marketing & Market Access function. The Marketing Capabilities team is focused on building and enhancing the capabilities of our global marketing organization through direct training, best practice sharing, process and tool enhancements, and hands-on workshops. The team collaborates closely with our divisional and regional marketers, Global Digital Marketing team, and HR to help evolve our marketing organization.

About the role:

Lead digital marketing capabilities building strategy to transform Boston Scientific's global marketing function into a customer-centric, strategic organization that delivers exceptional value in a rapidly changing healthcare environment. This person will be responsible for strengthening the global digital marketing capabilities by designing a comprehensive digital curriculum and collaborating with cross-functional & cross-divisional teams to create and deliver learning and development content across the organization. In this role you will facilitate the sharing of best practices and lessons learned and partner with commercial leaders to help drive transformation throughout the organization.

The successful candidate will gain an opportunity to build global relationships, develop best in class marketing programs and tools, and provide marketers with a common framework, language and tools to drive better business results.

Your responsibilities will include:

Identify digital marketing learning gaps within the global marketing organization
Develop digital marketing learning journey for different skill & knowledge levels of marketers across Boston Scientific globally
Build new, compelling learning and development content to create a contemporary understanding of marketing in a global, digital, and social world
Facilitate sharing marketing best practices and lessons learned across the organization to improve marketers' efficiency and effectiveness in driving business results through digital channels.
What were looking for:

Bachelors degree in Business or Life Sciences discipline required.
MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
Experience must include at least 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably for a life sciences company (eg medical devices, diagnostics, pharma, biotech)
Certifications in Salesforce & Google Analytics is preferred
Strong working competency in Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social media platforms is preferred.
Proven experience driving change in a complex organization
Demonstrated cross-functional project management experience
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships at all organization levels
Self-directed individual who proactively identifies & addresses opportunities
