Remedy Intelligent Staffing is currently hiring for Experienced TIG Welders for our valued client in Appleton, WI. Apply today for this great Direct-Hire (Non-Temporary) opportunity with a company that values their employees and has flexible work hours!
Shift: 5: 00am or 7: 00am start time (would have the choice to work four 10hr shifts or five 8hr shifts; may need to work mandatory OT from time to time; very flexible on schedule)
Pay: $18-$19/hr (Based on experience)
Job Duties:
- Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
- Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits.
- Lay out, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly, using straightedges, combination squares, calipers, and rulers.
- Examine work pieces for defects and measure work pieces with straightedges or templates to ensure conformance with specifications.
- Recognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade.
- Safely inspect for irregularities/deformities in finished product.
