Marketing Communication Content Coordinator

We are seeking a Marketing Communication Content Coordinator Health Care Business Group USAC Marketing Center Team located in Maplewood, MN.

The position of Content Coordinator will provide content management support for the USAC Health Care Business group.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Literature and promotional sample kits support
• Sales Aid asset support
• Working with outside vendors to provide Celum assets
• Revisions to marketing materials
• Coordinate digital materials for online customer education meetings
• Translations
• Content uploads to various asset platforms
• Image resizing and design

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Experience in asset management, marketing communications, marketing, branding and/or advertising in a private, public, government or military environment
• Celum asset support, Asset management systems a plus
• Adobe indesign nice to have

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree business administration, marketing, English, public relations or mass communication from an accredited university
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• This role requires very strong organizational and execution skills. Attention to detail is critical.
• Strong collaboration skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
