Job Description
Perform Equipment installation in a minimum amount of time to the customer's satisfaction within the performance standards set for that machine at the time of sale. Be able to accurately and systematically troubleshoot and determine the cause of a problem and present or implement workable solutions to the customer's on service visits. Perform machine electrical audits. Fill out reports completely after every service visit. Have a professional appearance, actions, communications, interpersonal relations, cooperation with co-workers and customers, and a positive attitude. Ability to travel Up to 60%. Ability to work with different programming software's and components. Education
A minimum of a two year degree in Automation and or electrical controls schooling. Experience
Electrical knowledge of converting equipment. Able to self-manage, trouble shoot machinery, and communicate with customers and colleagues. Knowledge skills and abilities
Ability to identify and maintain a safe work environment. Knowledge of lock-out, tag-out and other standard safety practices. Excellent organizational and Problem solving skills. Flexible, Self-Motivated with ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and management teams. Proper use of electrical test equipment. Read and comprehend Electrical schematics. Pneumatics electrical controls. Hydraulics electrical controls. Electrical safety switches and controls. AC/ DC circuits. Low voltage wiring and components. Assemble Wire ways, trays, and conduit runs. High voltage 480V wiring and components. Electrical Safety standards and wiring. Ability to program HMI, PLC, and Drives. (Siemens, Rockwell) Ability to perform I/O and functionality test.
